Background

During Operation Resurrection in 1943, Wilhelm designed the Tesla gun alongside his elder brother, Karl.

For reasons unknown, Wilhelm has suffered an injury on his left eye.

History

The Dark Army: Uprising

In 1944, he and Karl assisted Deathshead in his plan to create the Dark Army, elaborating a new version of the Tesla gun, called Tesla 44-DR. He is later killed in Deathshead's base during a confrontation with B.J. Blazkowicz, after the latter escaped the prison cell he was being held in.
