Wilhelm von Starke is one of the two secondary antagonists of The Dark Army: Uprising.
Background[]
During Operation Resurrection in 1943, Wilhelm designed the Tesla gun alongside his elder brother, Karl.
For reasons unknown, Wilhelm has suffered an injury on his left eye.

The Dark Army: Uprising[]
In 1944, he and Karl assisted Deathshead in his plan to create the Dark Army, elaborating a new version of the Tesla gun, called Tesla 44-DR, which used energy from the Dark Relic. He then confronts B.J. Blazkowicz twice in Deathshead's base, utilizing a mechanical body. However, Blazkowicz reigned victorious in both fights as Wilhelm is killed.
